The Role
Full-time, on-site in Beverly Hills, CA. The Project Manager oversees end-to-end execution for marketplace and marketing initiatives, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage logistics and workflows, track deliverables, and resolve issues that could impact progress. You will also monitor performance, prepare status reports, and communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and brand partners, continuously streamlining processes to support the successful launch and optimization of client campaigns and services.
What we are looking for
- Strong project coordination and project management skills, overseeing multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Experience as an Expeditor or managing expediting tasks to keep materials, information, and deliverables moving on time
- Background in inspection and quality control to verify outputs meet standards and client expectations
- Knowledge of logistics management: scheduling, resource allocation, and vendor/partner coordination
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and follow-through
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication; able to collaborate across teams and with clients
- Comfort in a fast-paced, evolving ecommerce or digital-marketing environment; marketplace experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Compensation
$55,000-$85,000 per year, depending on experience.
