Creator Manager, TikTok Shop

About the Role

We're hiring a Creator Manager to own our paid creator partnerships and UGC engine. You'll turn brand goals into creator campaigns: sourcing and signing creators, running content from brief to delivery, securing ad-usage rights, and building a creator community that makes every future campaign faster to launch.

You will be the primary point of contact for the creators we sign, responsible for ensuring each one is supported, well matched to brand opportunities, and set up to sell.

What You Will Own

The roster. Serving as the day-to-day contact for a portfolio of signed TikTok Shop creators, and sourcing, pitching and signing new creators across every tier.

Matching and briefing. Aligning creators to brand campaigns based on niche, audience and prior performance, then coordinating deliverables, timelines and approvals between creators and brand teams.

Deal terms. Negotiating paid partnerships, whitelisting and dark posts, usage rights and commission structures, with the detail orientation to identify contract risk and escalate it.

Retention and growth. Handling sensitive conversations with professionalism, and identifying where an existing relationship can expand into a new category, live selling or a higher tier.

Platform fluency. Maintaining working command of TikTok Shop mechanics including EC levels, GMV, TAP, Spark Ads and GMV Max, so you can advise creators credibly.

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years in creator or influencer management, talent management, or a related field. Agency experience is a plus
• Working understanding of TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing or livestream commerce, or the ability to reach fluency quickly
• Excellent written and verbal communication. You can speak to a creator and a brand contact in the same register: clear, professional and with empathy
• Comfort with contract terms and negotiation
• Exceptional organization. You can manage dozens of concurrent relationships and deals without detail loss
• Composure in sensitive or emotionally charged conversations
• Able to work on-site in Beverly Hills

Preferred Experience

• Direct experience with TikTok Shop creators
• Experience working alongside a live studio operation
• Firsthand experience as a TikTok Shop affiliate, which gives you an insider understanding of our creators

Performance Expectations

• First 90 days. Full command of the existing roster and its performance, with new creators signed and briefed across our brands.
• By month six. A grown roster with churn under control and repeat posting rather than one-time activations.
• By month twelve. Attributable GMV from creators you signed and retained, and relationships that have expanded into higher-tier deals or live selling.

Compensation and Benefits

• $75,000 to $95,000 base salary, depending on experience
