Role Overview
As a Production Assistant, you will support the technical and operational backbone of our live shopping streams. You'll work behind the scenes to set up, run, and troubleshoot live broadcasts across platforms like TikTok Shop, eBay Live, and Whatnot, helping hosts and brand partners deliver smooth, high-converting live sessions.
Responsibilities
- Set up and break down live streaming equipment (cameras, lighting, audio, capture devices) for each session
- Run live production during streams — camera operation, switching, audio levels, and on-screen product/graphics support
- Monitor stream health in real time and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise
- Coordinate with hosts, producers, and the Live Ops team to keep sessions on schedule and on-brand
- Manage product staging and on-set organization so items are ready for each segment
Requirements
- Background in live streaming or live commerce production (TikTok Shop, eBay Live, Whatnot, or similar platforms strongly preferred)
- Comfortable operating streaming/production equipment (cameras, switchers, mics, lighting)
- Strong multitasking skills and calm under pressure during live, real-time broadcasts
- Reliable availability for scheduled shifts
- Detail-oriented, punctual, and able to take direction quickly in a fast-paced environment
Location: Beverly Hills, CA
$22–$40 per hour.
