Project Manager, Business Operations
This on-site Beverly Hills role is deliberately broad. You will build brand-facing decks and documentation, run our outbound and CRM operations, handle partner and vendor correspondence, coordinate across our live studios and marketplace channels, and chase the open items that stall between teams until they are closed.
The job swings from strategic to administrative in the same afternoon. The person who thrives here is energized by that range rather than looking for a single lane.
What you bring
- 2+ years in operations, account coordination, executive support, or agency services, ideally in ecommerce or digital marketing
- You have run a high volume of unrelated tasks at once and nothing went quiet, and you can explain the system you used
- Experience building client-facing materials: pitch decks, reports, documentation
- You use AI tools daily
- You pick up new software fast: CRMs, spreadsheets, marketplace seller centers, project tools
- Able to work on-site in Beverly Hills
Compensation
$55,000 to $85,000 base salary depending on experience, comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage, 401(k), paid time off and top-tier equipment.
